When it comes to catering to our customers we ensure that maximum customer satisfaction is achieved.
Your Orders will be delivered from 3 to 5 days, with the convenient option of paying with Cash on Delivery at your doorstep.
KrossKulture does not offer any refunds. Customers can exchange the sizes if available. The brand would offer exchanges in only the following cases:
1. A wrong size or product being delivered
2. Item delivered was damaged
1. The customer would bear the shipping cost in such cases.
2. The brand does it very best to ensure this situation does not arrive.
Any and all claims for the above must be sent within the first seven (7) days of receiving the order, after which it will be reviewed by KrossKulture for eligibility and processing. All requests need to be emailed at email@example.com by the customers, mentioning their order ID. Please note that the products, labels and tags should be in the original state to be eligible for an exchange. We will get back to you within 48 hours of the request being sent.
