Order Cancellation

Kross Kulture does not offer a refund or money back Customers making a

payment through credit card may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing

the order. The order amount will not be refunded back instead they will be

provided a coupon of the same value that can be used to purchase anything

from Kross Kulture for the next 30 days. Kross Kulture reserves the right to

cancel orders in situations such as:

>>    The desired item is out of stock.
>>     Pricing errors.
>>     Kross Kulture has a strict privacy policy when it concerns the security of our customers.   We do not save or share customer credit card details with any 3rd parties.

Incomplete Parcel

We advise our customers to not accept the order if the parcel is damaged or the

seal is opened. If the customer receives an incomplete parcel then he/she

should inform our customer care department within 24 hours of receiving the

parcel. Any claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
