Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. Do you offer the facility of cash on delivery?
Yes, we do offer the facility of cash on delivery.​

2. In how many countries is this service available?
COD service is available all across Pakistan but it is not available internationally.

Delivery of Order

1. Within how many days will I get my order?
Our delivery time is 3-5 working days and it depends on the availability of the product ordered.

2. What are the delivery charges for Pakistan?
Delivery charges for all domestic orders are PKR 250 on orders which are less than PKR 3500. However, delivery is free on all orders which are over PKR 3500.​

3. What are the delivery charges for international orders?
International shipping charges vary according to the weight and location of the order.

4. How will I receive my order?
You will get your order through our courier partner M&P in Pakistan and internationally through DHL.​

Incomplete Parcel

1. What should I do if I receive an incomplete parcel or missing items?
We advise our customers to not accept the order if the parcel is damaged or its seal is opened. If the customer receives an incomplete parcel, then he/she should inform the customer care department within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. All the claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Duties and Taxes

1. Do I have to pay additional duty on my international orders?
No, you don’t have to pay tax on your order as all product prices are inclusive of taxes.

2. Are there any additional charges for international orders?
Only in certain cases where international orders are held by the local customs office, clearance charges are to be borne by the customer.​

Pricing

1. Are the prices mentioned on your website for stitched and unstitched suits?
We have stitched and unstitched suits on the website and our website helps you to differentiate between stitched and unstitched suits.

2. How will I know my order cost?
You will know the cost of your complete order at the checkout page and also you will get an email with the details of your order.​

3. In what currency are prices mentioned on the website?
All prices on our website in Pakistan are mentioned in PKR.​

Placing the Order

1. How can I place my order?
First, you will have to select the product. If it is an unstitched suit, then click on “Unstitched”. For stitched articles, click on your desired size and then press the “Add to cart” button. This will take you to the shopping cart screen, where you will be able to see the list of your selected products. Once you have all your desired items in the cart, click on “checkout” to place your order.​

2. How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, you can call us on our customer care number or message us on our Facebook page.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours through email, Facebook messenger, or by calling us on our customer care number: 0321-8637515.​

Billing Information

1. How do I enter my billing information and complete my order?
You will have to enter your name, address, contact number, and email address on the checkout page. At the bottom, you will see two options: ‘Ship to this address’ or ‘Ship to a different address’. If you select ‘Ship to a different address’, you’ll be taken to a new screen where you will have to enter the complete address for where you want your product to be shipped. Once you’ve completed entering this information, click on the continue button. The final step in completing your online order is ‘Place Order’. Once you click on this button, you will get an Order Number and an email from Kross Kulture. This information must be kept safe with you until you receive your order since it can be used for tracking your order.

Changes in Order

1. Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes, you can add items to your order only if the order has not been processed.

2. Can I suggest changes to an order?
Yes, you can make changes to an order within 24 hours through email. Changes will only be entertained if the order has not been processed.​

Others

1. How can I find a specific product on the website?
We have a unique product code for all the products. To search for a specific product, you can enter that product code in the search bar and press “enter”.​

2. Do you have a size chart?
Yes, size charts are included with all our products.

3. How can I make a complaint?
You are welcome to send us an email at info@krosskulture.com or call us on our helpline 0321-8637515 for any complaint or query.

4. How do I know if the product is in stock or not?
If a product has run out, you will see a tag of “Out of Stock” on the product picture. We update our stock constantly. If, for an item, your desired size is not available, it means the size is out of stock.
