The quality of the dresses was extremely poor. When I visited the branch for an exchange, I was told that both dresses were the same article, but one was more expensive than the other due to a system glitch.

I do not understand how two identical dresses can have a price difference of approximately Rs. 2,000. I was charged more for one dress when purchasing online and less for the other, even though both were exactly the same article. I would like a proper explanation and a fair resolution regarding this issue.
